Innovation Labs Solutions LLC was born from a fundamental realization in the heart of Texas school districts: the gap between vision and classroom reality often leaves our most vulnerable students behind. Founded by school leaders with years of lived experience in K–12 administration, we transitioned from the principal’s office to the design lab to solve the systemic challenges that stifle educational equity.
We partner with school districts, charters, and community leaders to transform institutional barriers into pathways for success. Toni Fisher, M.Ed.
Toni Fisher is a visionary educator, strategist, and co-founder of iLabs Solutions. With deep experience in school leadership, innovation, and educational design, she is committed to creating transformative learning opportunities that prepare students and schools for the future. Toni brings a strong background in leadership development, systems thinking, and community-centered school design, with a passion for expanding access, reimagining learning, and building practical solutions that create lasting impact.
JaShakia Bivens
Jashika Bivens is a co-founder of iLabs Solutions and a purpose-driven leader committed to helping schools and communities expand access to meaningful learning opportunities. With strengths in coordination, operations, and relationship-building, she plays a key role in turning vision into action. Her work focuses on supporting innovative programs, strong partnerships, and student-centered experiences that create lasting impact.
